Very possible a double die obverse. Look at A Comprehensive Web Encyclopedia of U.S. Copper Coinage for the year, several DDO's are reported for that year.

I really can't tell from the pics and the wear on the coin. The coin might be a "doubled " die, the U in trust looks promising.
