1967 Half Dollar

I found a strange 1967 half last night. It looks like it isnt silver. I opened the roll edged checked everything and didn't see any silver, then I always check them for dates and cameos. Then I noticed one said 1967. It basically looks like a clad proof. Compared it to my other silver 1967's and its a totally different color. Anyone know anything about this coin? Is it really a non-silver 1967?

If it's shiny it's an SMS. If it's dull and not an SMS it's silver. do the drop test.

Thanks I just googled SMS 1967 and thats what it looks like.
