1970 No "s" Proof?!?

Found this...... It has a thicker rim than the norm. Stuck out from the rest. What do you guys think?

There are very few no s mint mark coins. The few that are listed are 1968 and 1970 dime. These are very unique and rare coins. It is worth checking out further. I hope you found one.

Did you find it in a roll? That would be amazing if it was real and you found it in a roll. I wonder if someone accidentally spent it.
It reminds me of a "tale" I heard years back about a guy in Idaho who allegedly had a 1943 copper penny in a dish with some other change on top of his fridge (cuz that's where I keep my 5 and 6 figure rarities - mixed in with pocket change on top of my fridge - why would anyone put them in a coin album or get them certified right?) Anyway, allegedly his wife spent it and there was a big news story on it. I have to admit, I was temped to drive to that town and buy a bunch of rolls from the banks and try to find it. I only lived about 100 miles away at the time. Then I realized that it was probably total bullsh*t.
Hope yours is legit! Long shot, but stranger things have happened...

Found it in a roll. This may be just a high relief reverse of '68. Still a cool find.

I would be very surprised that if you bought that coin already slabbed that any coin dealer or whoever slabbed it would have missed a rare or valuable coin.
