1970 s (small date penny)??????

I found this penny today while searching a box. I don't know if it is a small date or not but it appears to be smaller than the others I've found. the Pic is not the greatest but any help verifying would be appreciated.

The one on the bottom looks like a legit small date. The 7 is level with the other numbers.

Thanks Immy but I was thinking that the one onto might be a small date. I don't know how to tell other than it looks much smaller. I had really look hard to even tell that it was a s mintmark.

Neither appears to be a small date to me. The word "LIBERTY" is typically very weak in the small date.
