1970's copper item that I need help with...can't find anything.

Picked this up the other day at a local sale.

Ugly for sure but fiqured I'd take a gamble for a couple of dollars. If it wasn't marked I would of passed it by.

Any idea on finding out who Ed Jones is?

Holy Ugly Batman! I bet Ed Jones didn't sell to many of those.

I suspect it was made by an amateur artist. I could be wrong though.
