Cool, I have a whole set of state stamped pennies, the original state coin series! 1976 I think was the year too, a bicentennial thing I'm sure. Not sure what your stamp means but it's some kind of neat commemorative

The stamp is the Freemasons logo

Yep...thats a mason logo...something done AFTER the coin was made by SOMEBODY, not by the fed.

Here are my fun stamped coins as of recent...a Merry Christmas Sleigh, a JFK silhouette, and the number 13. Love the Masonic one though!
