Picked up this star note at my bank the other day. Serial number J03558177. Series 1977. Any chance it's a short run?

My source is "The Official Red Book-A Guide Book of United States Paper Money" by Arthur L and Ira S. Friedberg. This book gives me all the research answers I've needed and (to me) is faster than looking online for the answers-- EXCEPT for current values; then I go to Ebay's "Completed Listings" for current sales.
