some discussion on the net about '92-D doubled die pennies usually point to poor or high speed plating processes. most of what I've seen on the subject usually concludes that the penny has no extra value as such. Yours has some environmental damage as is typical of dug zinc pennies, and because of that I would say that it would negate any value above face value. But I'm not an expert, it's just my opinion
