1995 quarter die crack reverse?

i purchased a box of quarters in hopes of finding a 2019 W. Unfortunately every single quarter is older than 2019. So, rather than look for W's i am searching for errors.
This is what i found so far.
Is this a die crack? runs from the edge of the coin to the wreath.
