1996 Lincoln with date that looks like 199G

Here is another odd ball penny I have where the date with a plain eye looks to read 199G but with a magnification you can see when it was stamped it ended up with a little extra something off to the side of the regular date and its obvious it happened when stamped and not damage at a later date, most likely no value but still something different.
