Found at a one of the Plantation Homes on the Property.
-Solid Copper
-Backside has a small copper pin at the bottom that attaches edge to edge (in this picture the top)
-Ornately engraved

What is It?
Before I place it on the official thread I need to now what it is...

Update: It was identified the day it was found, I personally thought otherwise and was wrong.
It is an 19th Century Picture Hanger, it would hang on a nail in the wall, and a frame would hang from it by string.
The idea was reaffirmed by a family 19th Century Art Connoisseur.
