Starting to understand the machine. :)
Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
Crossing the yard enroute to my desired area I got a good signal and a nice consistent Signagraph, so I dug it up and I found a dime circa 1973. My machine had not even been on for 4 minutes yet. 8-)

Note to the gods, "I like starting this way"...

After listening to a choir of trash for another 20 mins I finally crossed the road and began to find some copper (pipe), lead and a few bottle caps. As it's getting darker I just keep going and get a signal for a dime. I barely removed the top inch of soil and I pull out a dime. Being obsessive I know to scan the divot for more. My pin pointer responded with "Hey your not done yet" (several more times). So out came 4 more coins, one at a time. Q - 1990, D - 1980, N - 1980 + 89, P - 1980.
Afterwards I snagged another Zincon before I called it quits.

Happy Trails

P.S. I forgot the pic.

1st Coin Spill + 2 on 9.8.12.webp

Thanks guys.

You read about this stuff, but until you actually do it yourself...

I'm looking forward to the 1st Silver coin. That will really set the hook.

:)
