Detector(s) used
Garrett AT pro
Primary Interest:
Metal Detecting
Got my AT Pro and went in my front yard, I found a brass wheel a quarter and a piece of steel. I have no idea what they are except the quarter. I only have $794.80 to go to break even on my expense. It would be nice if this brass wheel turns out to be gold. My detector is going off everywhere in my front yard. My house was built in 1948 and I'm sure the constitution workers threw their trash everywhere.

The wheel looks to be from a toy windup train, probably 40's/50's.

Congrats on getting out in the yard. Hopefully there is some silver waiting for ya. My house was built in 1956 and ive pulled 5 silvers out so far. Welcome from wisconsin. Just curious where you got your AT Pro? That seems a bit steep for that machine..

Nice!!! Congrats!!!

What's the date on your quarter?

I live in York , pa and my house was built in 1951. 2 silver quarters, 3 silver dimes and a ton of clad. Keep looking. The great thing about this hobby is that it is like scratch off. No telling what will come up

So the rest of the train should be there too, right?

Good luck. I know you will do well with the AT Pro. I had a lot of fun with mine, and found some nice coins and relics. Congrats!
