1st ever seated!!! one i will not forget!!!!!!!!!!

so i grab the 202 and do my runs. stop and drop off my name and # with 1 guy. hope i get a call back.. and decide to stop and hit a few old places iv been. well i was rewarded with a very nice flat button, 1936, 1944, 1955d,1957d,1958d x2, wheat's, and a melted blue bottle. a nice old lipstick tube. but the best part was my first silver pin!!!! that turned out to be my 1st ever seated!!! a 1851 dime that was made into a pin of some sort but I'm happy with my oldest silver coin to date.. best of digs to all!! get them seateds!!! MR TUFF.

Nice Tuff looks like U also have a old version of a dual spoon willow leaf trolling gear there,in 2nd pic right of the lantern wick.

yea i still can hardly believe i found it. still can remember the moment i flipped it over and saw it was a seated coin, and just sat there in awe for a min before i kissed it and put it in my Lil pocket... best i can say is i was working a old 1800s school house area, maybe a kid lost it but i could see FORT DEFIANCE. (that still escapes my swing) not far off. so i know this area is old. still need to find the fur trading post. have a lead there also. might be a Connecticut copper around maybe TUFF
