Not even 5 minute into the hunt today and the CTX made a sweet sound, 12:48. I thought its probably coleslaw or just another quarter. I was very happy to see a ring come out of the hole instead.. :hello2:
I cleaned it with some warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush. The ring has the weirdest hallmark.. 925 PAD.. I searched on the internet but I am stumped. Any help would be appreciated...

While I don't know what the co. or makers mark- PAD stands for , the .925 (sterling) mark followed by a co. mark is not unusual ,
nice find .

The ring could be Palladium. (but I think palladium is generally marked PD or PALL)

The surface doesn't look like silver.

Whatever it's made out of, it's a very cool ring!:headbang: Congrats! :icon_thumright: Andi

Thanks for sharing.. beautiful.. HH
