2/18 Indian & Buffalo with my new Safari

Bought a Minelab Safari with my tax return since I couldn't convince my wife I should spend $1400 on an E-trac. I am still very happy! 1st coin I found was a 1895 Indian cent, then a 1918 Buffalo nickle followed by a 1918 and 1949 wheat. Found in a park I've hit a thousand times before. Can't wait for Spring and warm weather!

Congratulations on all your finds tsabeach.
The Minelab Safari is a pretty good machine, so
you will have many good hunts with it. I found a 1918-s
Buffalo nickle myself today. First one in quite a while.

Looking good, I would take any of those coins any day .
The Freezing and thawing of the ground each winter must move some of those hard to find coins around and make it easier for the machine to pick them up. You think the area is clean and wham you find new items.
