Finally was able to give it a try today.

We've had about a week above freezing and so

I went to my cornfield. (so I could use a long handled shovel. )

It went very well, considering it was a relic day. Had a wonderful
time!

Also got a couple of delightful surprises! Especially for this
place, coins are RARE here!

One says gilt but don't have none, one has gilt, but you can't read.



BUT.....here's my "star" for the day!



Most, here, knows just how hard it is to find one of these!
Let alone, one that can still be read!
