2 coin day,some relics and a lesson learned

Hit the honey hole for a couple hours today, learned a lesson to take better care while digging, the fork would've been whole but I can see where I clearly hit it with my digger, not sure on the dime and absolutely no clue on the other coin. Found a neat old jackknife (still traces of wood on the handle) a spike and I have no idea why the other item may be. Any thoughts? Im also thinking that is a fired musket bullet?
