2 coins that came in a medal lot

Hello,
I am new here at the forum, been lurking this great forum for a while now. Anyway I got these in a group of medals/coins and I could use your help.
First one appears to be ceasar since it says "imp nero ceasar, and something I cannot make up" but is it even a coin? Since appear to be stamped...

Next one is very worn but maby someone recognize it.

The first one is an Emporer Nero facsimile coin button. You can see where the shank broke off.
