2 cool finds at 1800s House

Found this cool "Princess Pat" cosmetics tin with make-up inside, from early to mid 1900s (was hoping for coins inside oh well). I did some research and found photo of exact same tin and more info at link below. Also found this old "A" button, though it's not really a button. Let me know your thoughts on ID for it, the back has a long stem, not a button loop.

The mystery item pictured looks like a drawer pull to me.

I would agree with Felix and say drawer pull as well.
 

too bad there were no coins in that tin! i know that's the first thought that entered your mind! pretty cool finds nonetheless! :thumbsup:
 

even though no coins turned up in the makeup tin, it's still in great condition. congrats
 

Yea it does appear to be a drawer cap that pulls out the drawer. good finds
