I went back to a new spot for a couple of hours tonight. Every time I go there, I find something good! I did try the same spot last year with my 550, but there was SO much iron and junk...I didn't find anything at all (I seem to remember getting frustrated and not being patient, so that probably didn't help). However, the AT Pro has been able to pull out a barber dime, Canadian large cent, several wheats, 7 or 8 modern pennies, and the coins I found tonight. What a cool machine!

Gleaner, amazingly this is my 3rd fish scale this summer so far. So tiny, they're easy to miss!

I found two since 93. Can you offer what rig you ran over those? I bet it was an Etrac.

I almost bought an Etrac...but I went with the AT Pro. I am really impressed that it can pick out these deep, teeny tiny coins from a junk filled site! Did you find your scales in the U.S.?

great finds...

Got a pro too. I found an 1855 US half dime in the Adirondacks in the yard of an old house and a 1911? Canada fish scale at an old park in Watertown NY, 30 miles south of the border, both coins with CZ20. A good friend of mine has found a few Canada 'scales over the years. I hear you on the smalls with the Pro, outstanding ability on small goods. Keep at it J.Cache....
