the greenish one is signed r lalique, which means it is from the pre lead crystal era of the company. Rene died in 1945 and they transitioned to lead crystal in the 50s, so you have an earlier piece which I would guess is probably pretty valuable. Company was founded in late 1800s but didn't start with pieces like this. With out more research I can't pin it down any further. But pre war for sure.

I would go to their website and contact them, seems they might do a free authentication and might be able to pin it down to a better date. Rlalique.com

I also should have probably mentioned that there are fakes out there, so getting it checked out would be an important next step

Closest design match i can find is "R. Lalique Gui Vas" 1920ish. Also referred to as mistletoe

So turns out the person that asked me to research this for them , already knew all this(claimed they knew nothing, then handed me a book about it. Lol. And they have 2 on the same page

Interesting, wonder what their angle was? Maybe trying to get you to purchase them? Some of these early works can fetch 200 to 3000 depending on color, desirability of design, condition and so on
