I haven't posted in awhile. I guess I should more often. But it was another amazing day out. Scored a new permission. The lady was very nice. She said there were 8 guys detecting here and they found nothing...lol. So I thanked her then parked on the other side of the property. Walked about 20 feet and pulled the 1818 Large cent. Wow I got lucky! Then walked 30 feet and pulled the 1853 seated dime. Maybe not luck. 10 minutes later a bridal rosette. These guys must've sucked! But all in all I was there about 3 hours. Ended up with an 1838 Large cent, 1907 Barber dime and a couple of buckles. I found the arrowhead on another site. That was my first. I've been looking for about 6 years! Finally! Thanks for looking.

I always picture a couple guys that both got radio shack detectors for christmas when people tell me their properties have been hunted. Usually i think thats what happens. Great finds eagle!

Oh yeah. I went back the next day and found a quarter cut silver 2 musket balls and a couple more buckels. I went back to the house and gave her the musketballs and buckels. you should have seen the look on her face...priceless.

Maybe the guys didn't show her what they found? I had a lot of people tell me it was hunted and found stuff, when I show them what I found, I always wonder if the previous guys found great things and didn't show them?
