20170705_213147.webp20170705_213147.webpFound 2 Mercury dimes and some wheats. I don't find lots of silver coins, I do hunt alot and love it!!! every plug is like the price is right whats behind curtain number 1....I am a true treasure hunter. I have finally filled up my 2 silver dime display cases 48 all together now I can start a 3rd one woooo hoooo!!!!! The other display case is my big silver a 1921 morgan dollar 4 half dollars and 14 silver quarters 1 that is an 1886 Canadian. This is 2 years and tons of hunting I don't do as well as most people I see but it is just that much sweeter when I find silver...... I also stabbed George Washington....... Luckily I haven't stabbed a silver coin.Claening my other Mercury not pictured will fill the last space in the case Thanks for looking Happy Hunting Tommy Sorry about the doubles with the pics20170704_141425.webp20170704_141835.webp20170704_144023_001.webp20170705_213137.webp20170705_213144.webp20170705_213137.webp20170705_213156.webp

Damn. I thought I was going to view a Lesche sticking out of your foot. Yeah, I don't score the great finds in rapid fire succession either. Us blue collar grunts have to beat the heck out of every inch of dirt we can to scrape an occasional silver or 1800's coin from the earth. It does make us appreciate them all the more I believe. I never get tired or bored when spotting an old keeper staring up at me from the hole. I hope I never do. Nice set up you have for your coins as well. I'll never be as organized as you. Just trying not to loose my keepers after I recover them is a constant battle in my house. Adios.

Thanks Kevin, it gets pretty boring here in the winter so I have time to organize my coins. I still hunt in the winter if the ground isn't freakin frozen solid. Less people. I still keep all my clad in mason jars I am OCD just a little LOL

I identify with mental maladies. We will get along just fine.:tongue3::tongue1::binkybaby::tard:

Congrats on your two new additions!

Nice collection of digs! You've found some really great silvers, a Morgan is a coin many hunters will never find!

Congrats on some nice finds and displays

WTG Tommy! those silvers are getting harder to come by...too bad u shanked George, he looks awful shifty he probably had it coming lol...now get to work filling that 3rd display case! Ddf

Nice displays Tommy. OCD is a good thing in this hobby. I am the same way. All of my coins are organized in the 2x2 cardboard holders, then go into the plastic sleeves that hold 25 coins, then go into large binders by denomination. Clad just goes into a jar. Wheats just get tumbled and wrapped in the paper penny wrappers. I have over 30 display cases in my home that hold my treasure finds, and I have broken each case into a classification of items, so to speak. My wife wants to know why I cant keep the garage that neat !

Tommy, Congrats on your latest silver and wheat finds! Wish I had made it last Saturday to hunt with you! Was raining here and I didn't want to risk getting my detector wet. You're having a great year!
