'64-D blackie---- cleaned it, hit it with #320 grit wet..... appears to be a real black beauty---- no bright metal shows, so apparently not a "torch job" or environment issue--- an annealing error :headbang:

Jeez, that had some decent stuff in it. Way to go.

Nice finds, congrats! :icon_thumleft:

Those were nice boxes! Btw, the 2000D isn't an off center strike. It's a misaligned die.

I was too lazy to spell that out, but thanks for that discipline :hello2: ---- I need that when I start to slack off:laughing9::happysmiley:--- besides, I'm now a year :BangHead: AND a decade older :BangHead:

Don't do nickels on purpose myself but that is a nice haul. Congrats.

A lot of nice finds and that '00-D misaligned has a really nice offset. Even part of TRUST is cut off.

Great day. Congratulations :icon_thumright:

Those are some very nice nickel finds! Curious to see how high your misaligned die will go at the end.

That 1943 is really nice - rarely find war nickels in such nice condition.
