2 Parks - a couple finds - Id help - old button

After taking a long break from detecting, I hit a couple local parks. Got the button at the first park and suddenly remembered another park I've been researching and quickly headed there. Found some trash, a couple wheats, and this 1942 quarter.

Any idea on what the button is?

looks to me like the button is upside down..may be some type of flower design on it.....is it a 2 piece or one piece
