Had a good 4 hour hunt in a local park in Mesa this morning. Found 2 silver rings, one small childs ring and a larger ladies with a small stone. Also recovered a 1942 toasted merc dime. I tried the aluminum foil/baking soda method and what you see is the best it will be. Also found a 1945 wheat. The clad amounted to 11 quarters, 24 dimes, 3 nickels, and 71 pennies, $6.01 total. For a newer park in Arizona this would be considered a good hunt, but back in Pa it would be nothing to write home about. Maybe one or two more hunts and then time to head back to Pa. Temps are going up here. Should hit 97 on Thursday. Happy hunting and keep on swinging. IMG_0172.webpIMG_0174.webpIMG_0177.webpIMG_0179.webpIMG_0180.webpIMG_0181.webp

Glad you can still get decent signals in such a relatively new area! :treasurechest::thumbsup:
