2 rings and a 3 ring bullet

Drive almost an hour today to an old town near me hunted the park area and next to an old metal slide came the bullet and the 925 silver ring not longer after by the bleachers I found the other ring probably .25 machine ring but I count each one since I only have 5 this year thought it was gold when I seem it in the ground. Any help on the age of the bullet would be nice. Looks to me like about .38 caliber

I found almost the exact ring (gold one) today but mine was green and very light... just cleaned it and it's stamped "India" on the inside

Looks like a 58 caliber to me, but I may be wrong. If it's a common 3-ring minie it's worth only a couple of bucks, at best.
