This year I have been going through my detecting log and trying to hunt some schools again that I have not been to in awhile . Yesterday I just hunt a local elementary that is near home . I walked away with one junk ring ( three rings all together as one ) some kind of pendent with millimeters on it and $8.21 in clad .
This morning , Sunday , I went back to a school that seemed like a dud two years ago and I never went back . I thought I would spend two hours just digging every solid target from +8 to +94 . I seemed to have found a small area of the field that was not a dud . I was doing a grid pattern when I got a jumpy +68 , +74 , +80 at 6 inches . When I got down about 6 inches I see a very small but chunky silver ring ! It is marked 925 and has the NIKE symbol on it . I got up and walked maybe 5 feet when I get a +80 at 2 inches , another silver ring ! It is a larger one marked sterling with flower on it , looks older . After that it was lots of clad , $9.92 . Other finds were 3 tokens , 1979 Susan B. dollar , Presidents dollar and a 1997 Kennedy half .
Turned out that school was not a dud :headbang: .

your pendent might be something a machinist might use for reference..

Interesting finds today Glen!
Congratulations on finding two silver rings!
I like the metric conversion token, very unusual!
