2001-P Capitol Visitor Center .50 (Commemorative)
If you collect coins then you might want to check this out. I was up dating my price list on my coins yesterday and found out that my 2001-p Capitol .50 coin had jumped to over a $1,000.00 from the $50.00 that I paid for it in 2001. It is graded MS-70 by NGC, one of the top graders for coins. PGCS has the coin valued at $1,000.00 on their web site. The March issue of CoinValues has it listed at $1,000.00 and some coins shops are selling it up to $1,600.00. There are 1,659 coins of this coin graded in MS-70. So I did some checking on some of the TV coin dealers and found out that Shopathometv is selling the coin for $82.00. I went ahead and ordered 2, so for the price of $175.00 I hope to make up to $2,000.00. Just thought Iwould let everybody know about this so that they can take advanage of it.
Have a good day.
