2006 W PCGS 69 gold eagle value?

I dont much collect coins so I know little about them. I have been looking at a 2006 W PCGS 69 half ounce gold eagle my neighbor is trying to sell. He wants only the bullion value for this slabbed coin. Does anyone here know if this coin is worth more then bullion value? I checked on the mintage numbers and noticed they were low for a gold eagle. Any info. on this coin from the experts out there would be appreciated much!

First off it is a bullion not an old coin so no numismatic value and it being slabbed means very little to me.
Fraction gives it a slight bump and it being an American Eagle gives it a bump.

So if gold is 1200 Oz I would try to get it for $650, you can get it from Apmex for $686 today + $25 shipping
