Clad or silver? Silver will be current melt value for a 90% quarter. Clad might earn a slight premium over face if you can find the right buyer. The problem is there isn't much of market for impaired proofs. You might get 50 cents if you are lucky.

I think I see clad in the bottom right quarter of the second picture.

If it has any scratches on it all, it's unlikely to be worth anything over face.
