i always dig the Qtrs.. i hunt local parks, or parks on my many trips.. most are pounded.. but the SAFARI is a beast.. i pass up most all zincs.. they sound like crap compared to an Ih at any depth, with the same id #. way things are going im going to half to dig clad. or dig nothing at all in my area.. need to bang on some doors a bit more this year... ur totals are up there how u do it been digging some years now and i never get # like urs... best of hunt to u this year!!!! Well the key was time, I'm laid off so I hunted all the time. Plus Mr. Senior schooled me on using the Etrac. This was my second year of detecting, and I still don't know how to dig nickels lol! I only hunted parks and a few private properties that friends owned don't have that salesman pitch to ask strangers yet. I'm sure I won't come even close to those numbers in 2013 as pounded parks are extra pounded now. Anyways hope you have a killer year in 2013!
