2013 Quarter error?

Couldn't really find anything on these. I figure its just PMD from being rolled, but found these two:




99% sure the Grand Canyon one is PMD, but with the scratch not affecting the date on the 2013, or the rest...Idk.

Decent sort though, found 11 quarters I didn't have, only 19 away from completing my books. No silvers, obviously.

I think thats it, it seems slightly indented... Pretty much confirmed PMD though...
