2014 Goal,,,,,,, clad, clad and more CLAD!!!

Yesterday while riding in the truck, my wife asked if I had made any resolutions for 2014. I'm really not the resolution type, but I could tell my wife wanted to engage in "meaningful conversation", so I played along. I answered with the typical lose some weight, and spend more time with the family type answers. However there are a couple of more “goals” that I didn’t mention to her, like do more fishing, go out and explore more of the area, and do more detecting.

So I have set what I think are a couple of realistic "goals" for detecting in 2014

1- Find at least one silver coin
2- Find at least one civil war bullet
3- Find enough clad to pay for an AT Pro

Those are reasonable goals,,, right?? Heck, I’m already $0.62 there. LOL!!
Roughly 999 more days like that and I'll meet my goal!!

Nice set of goals. You'll need a lot of good spots and hunting to meet your clad goal, but if you can get in a lot of hunts, you can do it.

Either that or be willing to stay all day picking pennies up in the gravel parking areas.

Sometimes you get surprised with a find that would pay for your detector, rare, but does happen.
I took the easy way out, didn't declare war on myself, no resolution- no,pressure. I'm gonna enjoy this year!
