I am sorry but you need to take some close up pics of the Quarter and especially of "QUARTER DOLLAR" where you see doubling and post them. With the one pic and the Quarter being so far away, I can't tell much of anything about the coin. I copied and pasted it to my' PC and blew the pic up but still cannot tell much of anything. There seems to be something there doubling-wise. It could be Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration Doubling or an actual Doubled Die coin but without close up pics, we have no way of telling for sure!
