Two unsuccessful digs because of frozen ground and finally some relics. Not alot of time after work so I set off on a short walk in the woods near my house, being a mile or so from a large skirmish site i have occasionally found some CW items near my home, so far 5 distinguishable CW bullets. Today i found my first finds for 2018, which included a minie ball, its not much but ill take it. Unsure of the bullet type, i posted under "what is it" so waiting on an ID, but it was a welcome find along with the assorted shot round balls. A relief to finally get started on 2018, ive made my bucket list and look forward to out doing a very successful last year
