House repairs coming along, subfloor and electrical system are done. Started on the insulation, walls are next, then new flooring and the kitchenand bath. Still staying at the in-laws on day 35....

Again, sorry for your loss in the flooding. I can't imagine what that's like. Hopefully the stay with the in-laws will be over soon and you'll be back in your own place.
