New 250 has bout 8 hours on it. It is a penny MONSTER. First 30 min. out 5 and one ring errr fake but looked good. Anywho on the high side its dead on Qrt./Dime with a different tone. I've been running all metal then switch to coin on a good/bad sig and been digging everything. Tonight 18 pennies 5 in 1 plug, 5 qrts, 1 nic and 5dimes nothing old and no way could dig everything stayed in coin mode. My question is I have had 4 solid qrt/half hits with a depth of 2-4 inches and have at least a 8-10" inch hole, one tonight and 2 at another site with my Garrett pin pointer still sounding strong straight down, no side action. Hard ground so I have em all marked to go back after a bowl of Wheaties. Any thoughts on this? Selling a old truck this week for yes...a ATpro. Might take my ol heavy whites out there and see what it says.
Sorry for the bla bla.....great site!!

To answer your question-deep big iron or soda can.

I've had mine for over a year now,and YES it's a penny magnet, but I love the dull sound it makes when it hits a nickel.
