the button type item is my second this year, anyone know what it is, and how old?

the other item looks like some type of rivet.

The button item looks like a type of rivit to me.

maybe some kind of modern rivet. other object looks like its from a light fixture of some kind. electrical wire could have been fed through those holes.

The domed item might be a base for a figurine where the legs were mounted in those two holes.
