Today, I hunted the park where I found my last gold ring. Normally, there are maybe 1 or 2 moms with a kid or two on the playground. Not today, 2 large passenger vans pull up about 45 mins after I got there. Out come pouring approximately 25 pre-k students along with their teachers. I worked the soccer and baseball fields while the little monsters err, I mean, the kids occupied the playground and pavilion area. That was just fine with me, it looked like the soccer field had had a lot of recent activity. The majority of the coins found were around the perimeter of the soccer field with the remainder of the coins found around the pavilion. One coin in particular found at the pavilion was a 1943 P war nickel
Clad total was 5.32 with 25 pennies eaten up pretty bad. A junk ring and bracelet and broken watch were also found.
