2nd Hunt

Hey,

I meet up with Lamplighter36( He is a very cool dude) today to hunt a old Navy housing area . This place was active during the 1940s-50s and torn down in the mid 70s and left untouched now its a park with a bike trail running though it. Lamplighter found a sweet 1940s wheat penny. I found this spoon I thought I had silver at first,and this tool for fixing bikes.

Lessons I learned today:
1. When hunting a wooded area bring a shovel.
2. A pin-pointer is your best friend.
3. If your MD reads something as iron, its iron.
4. MDing is great.

Hey Brownbear! that was a fun aftenoon. let hit some other places around here.

I shined the wheaty up a little and gave it a bath in olive oil.

Things I learned:

dont wear steel toed boots whilst MDing, gets you a signal at every step...dangit!
