Hey guys, detectingfreak and I went out nearly all day today in search of some treasure. We started at this great beach/park area and there I found this toy car, lots of clad, army figure, canadian penny, earing, and silver ring. The silver ring has no legible markings but it weighs an ounce and you can see an indentation of the inside of the ring where the marking likely rubbed off. After this we hit lunch and decided to look for some more spots. Unfortunately the next few spots we tryed were either off limits or had some sketchy characters around them. We ended up detecting 3 more places altogether where I found the boy scout pin, '58 D wheatie, and other odds and ends. The daily totals comes down to 9 quarters, 13 dimes, 9 nickels, and 39 pennies(1 wheat & 1 canadian). Today was a blast and I hope to get out hunting with you soon detectingfreak. Hope you all have an adventurous week!
