Met Patric at Chicago to do some coin hunting at a great location he knew about and was kind enough to share. Thanks Patric!! What a awesome day, 8 wheat's, 4 Indians and 3 Barber quarters!!! 2 of the quarters were in one hole and 12 inches away 2 of the Indians were in the same hole.

Got the 1st Barber out and Patric came over to read the date for me, we were both amazed at the great condition even with all dirt incrusted on it, 1915D. I rinsed it off at the fountain and went back to the hole and it was still screaming silver with the probe so I called Patric over to check it out. A sweet 1899 Barber quarter.

Beautiful quarters! I've dug two and they were nowhere near that nice :hello2:

You would be asked to leave, if you came out here, and did that in Denver.
Greedy, just plain greedy.
Kudos.

Sure. I don't know how good the pics will be, they are in a hard plastic holders.

I was thinking XF, F, XF. Looking at the 1899 I can see all the letters in liberty. Compairing the 1900 to the 1915D on the back it looks to me that more detail shows on the tail feathers of the 1915 then the 1900.

Would love to hear any opions or feed back now that I have posted a close up of the 1900 also.

those are awesome. congrats! :headbang: :headbang:
