3 Fields - No luck!

Started on a new stubble field but after 1.5 hours with only a broken Roman Fibula & Scrappy we got politely asked to leave. Our mistake, as although we had permission from the owner who farmed it, it was Church Commission Land & they have a flat ban on detecting. Not too bothered as it was poor land.

Then tried the local Farm Shop field, only did a small area where they had pulled the corn cobs. No Joy.

Then to a nearby ploughed field with equally as much luck. It times like this I think its time to take up Winter Fishing again :P

You and Dad had a fantastic 2009, it's always hard after a roll like that, I'm sure the good times are just around the corner. We have had to wait because our main fields haven't been ploughed and the Villa field was only disced now things are coming on line for us

I don't think so, your hauls have been much better recently. Dad & I have just forgot how tough it can get sometimes, we have been lucky for far too long.
