I think I need to rename the park I've been detecting Coin Spill Park. I didn't keep track, but I'd say a third to half of the many plugs I cut had multiple coins, and most of those were dimes and quarters. Also found a couple of silverplate rings, whistles, an old Hilton keychain, nice '42 Merc, 4 wheats, and a 1974 New Orleans Mardi Gras token.
Thanks for looking! Have a great weekend and happy hunting!

I about had a heart attack when I found it. First thing I noticed was its reeded edge and golden color. Alas, it's aluminum. But an unusual find for around here.

I'm glad to see that I'm not alone in giving my sites pet names. ;) Guess it's a way of keeping track mentally, eh? :)

Always nice to see the variety!
