So my brother and I got back out today, cause a big storm is supposed to roll in this week and we wanted to get another chance to metal detect before it hit. We returned to the field where we found the mercury dime yesterday and managed to find 3 quarters, 4 dimes, 1 nickel, 9 pennies (3 are wheats) and other such odds and ends. The years on the wheats are 1944 s, 1956 d, and 1958 d. It was nice to get out, and the rain just began to come down hard as we were leaving. Anyways another fun day metal detecting, hope you have a good one. Oh by the way, what do you think the thing in the last 3 pictures is? I believe it is a yamaka(like jewish headwear) but I'm not sure. It is made out of cloth, and has some illegible writing on one side. Also there is a metal pin to adjust the side of it on the back, thats how I found it. Any info is much appreciated, thanks for looking
