3 ringer lead bullet

It mushroomed out. Hit something hard- found this 3 ring , have no idea how old or caliber. Any idea caliber would be ? I compared my 50 cal black powder but uncertain. Thanks for your help

Generally speaking the most commonly found 3-ring bullets like that are Civil War-era .58 caliber.

My first 3 ringer yes, found few modern day 22 rounds and casings- if this is definitely a old one then yup a first for me
