4 Pretty Buttons

Got these earlier this week. I have never seen buttons like this but imagine they are from a girls dress or coat. Makes you wonder what happened because losing all four makes you wonder whether someone ripped her clothes off. The fired bullet was found near the buttons. One penny is 1916 and I can't out the date on the other 3 coins.
