#4 silver thimble for my troubles

Another evening zig-zagging through the dense Michigan forest. Not so much as a whisper through the headphones for the first hour then started running into square nails...then this small silver thimble. The ground would give no more this day.

Size #4 on the side. No markings that I can see.
